Terms and Conditions - SKC Engineering

These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and use of the website of SKC Engineering, Deva Road, Lucknow, India (“SKC Engineering”, “we”).

1. Quotations

Quotations are prepared from the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Prices and scope may change if the requirements, site conditions or specifications change.

2. Orders and scope

The scope of supply or work is the one set out in the written quotation or order confirmation accepted by both parties. Anything not stated in it is outside the scope unless agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated in each quotation or order confirmation.

4. Delivery and site work

Delivery and project schedules are estimates. They depend on site readiness, approvals, access, availability of materials and timely information from the client.

5. Warranty

Any warranty applies only where it is stated in writing in the quotation or order confirmation. Refurbished and used equipment is supplied as described in the quotation.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SKC Engineering is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
